Our reputation as a fabulous venue keeps growing: Our 2022-23 featured clinician Daniela Moguel has represented Mexico in the Pan American games, Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, and the World Equestrian Games at the CCIL5* level had great things to say about SAzEA. Danny is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with students to inspire the next generation of equestrians and we are excited to have her back in Arizona for our October 2024 clinic.

About

SAzEA promotes equestrian education and development in Southern Arizona by conducting eventing competitions, clinics, and schooling opportunities, open to all, in a safe, wholesome environment that fosters good sportsmanship and enjoyment of the sport. As part of the US Equestrian Association’s Area X we also offer sanctioned competitions for USEA members. Competitors compliment our friendly show officials, volunteers, and board members, and are pleased with how willing we are to work with competitors for a successful, fun, and safe experience.

Take Action

Our cross-country courses are absolutely top-notch with a wide variety of jumps (130+) and over 7,700 meters of fabulous tracks that are appropriate and fun for all levels. With a stunning backdrop of the Madera and Rincon mountains, riders travel through natural and man-made terrain including mesquite forests, open grassland, a cactus garden, and course, two fabulous water complexes. The tracks are good galloping courses for all levels and there are plenty of great viewing locations to accommodate spectators. The jumps, the pedestrian alleys, and the officials’ areas are beautiful and functional and presented with incredible attention to detail and rider safety. Doing this takes a lot of work and money — You can help us achieve our goals with fundraising, donations (financial or in-kind), or labor.
