Join our Annual Cross-Country Fundraiser. Our amazing Area X instructors are donating their time to raise money to expand and improve our course. Check out what’s new on course (a lot) and get ready for the 2025 competition season. SAzEA is a 100% Non-Profit 501.c.3. All proceeds go directly to your courses.

Please review the Cross-Country Schooling Policiesand the Release Form prior to adding this item to your cart. You must affirm that you understand the terms of both forms before checking out.
REGISTRATION: Select a XC Schooling Session for one or two days and then select the level you are now riding. You can also choose a “hacking” option if you/your horse want the benefits of the clinic instruction w/out jumping. ONE ENTRY PER HORSE. When you add this item to your cart you will be prompted for more information, including the instructor you want to school with. Each schooling session will be a minimum of two hours.
CAMING AND STABLING MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY IN THE SHOP
MEALS: Students/riders will be responsible for their own meals throughout the fundraiser.
Registration CLOSES midnight 8 Feb. After then, prior approval from the event organizer Christina Gray (see last bullet below) is needed. Any registrations received without prior approval will be cancelled and monies refunded minus $35 processing fee.
Stabling is NOT provided. Add stabling to your cart if you need it. One bag of shavings is included in the fee. Additional bags can be purchased in the shop. Stabling and shavings must be purchased NLT one week prior to your ride or the fairgrounds will not be able to support your request. We can not guarantee who you will be stabled with, but will do our best.
Camping/RV hook up is available to add to your cart in the shop.
Ride times will be posted on the SAzEA Facebook page and will be sent via email.
If the fundraiser is fully cancelled (not rescheduled), we will refund your entry minus credit card processing fees. If the fundraiser is rescheduled due to weather, you will receive a “raincheck” to be used for future activities if you cannot attend.
